Growing up as the youngest of five siblings and the only girl in a big Mexican family, she learned how to hold her own and become a master at defending herself from her brothers’ pranks and wrestling matches. She grew tough skin and a fierce spirit, and watch out for that right hook.

Armed with a Business Managment degree from Columbia College, she landed a gig promoting nightclubs. But when her heart got shattered by an ex-girlfriend, she found her true calling in life: Standup Comedy. ​

With the fearlessness of an Aries, Nana took up her friend’s challenge to hit an open mic. And man, did she kill it! Her storytelling skills were on point as she shared her heartbreak with the crowd. And just like that, Nana became a comedy sensation, leaving everyone in stitches. So, next time you’re in the mood for some good laughs, Nana’s got you covered. ​

When Nana isn’t headlining shows, she’s producing them. She’s currently co-producing Sabado Night Laughs with Las Locas Comedy and a cannabis show at the Smokeasy at Rise Mundelein. Her most recent announcement is she’ll be producing two shows a month at the Smoke Lounge starting in 2024.Nana has featured for Ruben Ramirez, Ken Flores, and Chingo Bling. She recently is a nominee for Laugh After Dark ComedyFest 2024 and will also be performing there as well.
